About Me
About Me
My name is Vasil Anastasov (pseudonym: MaxVRAB or simply Max). I am a 21-year-old developer and entrepreneur, as well as the creator of the “DevHubOne” project. I am the lead developer at Expo VR. You can find more about the company on their website. In my free time I like to watch anime, read manga, play video games, train parkour, and listen to music. Some of the games I play are CS:GO, WoW, Albion Online, and others. Favorite anime: “Tokyo Ghoul”.
My Experience
My Experience
As a Unity Certified Developer, I teach Unity & VR. I have been teaching video game and application development for 5 years and have been a Unity developer for 6 years. During this time, I have created over 8 applications and games, including “TimeWarriorZ VR”, “WWII: RISING” and “VR A&B House Configurator”.
Courses and Teaching
Courses and Teaching
I started teaching free courses in 2017 as an extracurricular activity at 51st Secondary School “Elisaveta Bagryana”. Since 2021, this has been an official extracurricular activity at the school. Every year a class of 8th graders is gathered, who learn to use the software and develop for virtual reality through the “learning by doing” method. At the end of the school year, a presentation is organized where students showcase their projects.
Events
Events
As an exhibitor and visitor, I have participated in several events in the video game sphere, including DevPlay, Reboot Develop Blue, SofiaGameNight, and DigitalDragons. At SofiaGameNight and DigitalDragons, we had the opportunity to present our first game TimeWarriorZ VR, as well as to network with more people in the industry.

Vasil Anastasov and his team make museums more appealing to young people
Digital Stories
He is 21 and has already helped more than 200 children take their first steps in a professional field that can turn into a successful career. Today, Vasil Anastasov has taken on another cause: using modern technologies to make Bulgarian museums more attractive to young people. In the beginning, he walked the path to the magic of the past on his own to understand the meaning and importance of the exhibits that otherwise hide behind incomprehensible display cases with unattractive labels.
